The checkerboard is woven into the denim rather than printed on it, so the pattern goes right through the cloth and the distressing softens with wear instead of rubbing away. The construction is open across the top, which is what makes it a slide rather than something you work your foot into. Sea blue and midnight black, sizes 5 to 12.
